{mosimage}Snow fell on the town of Beit Sahour in the night of Thursday 31/1/2008. The people of the city woke up to find their surroundings covered with white. The region is under the influence of weather conditions that led to snow fall on most Palestinian cities. The snow cover became ten centimeters thick in some of these cities causing the closure of schools and many shops and the disruption of traffic. It is noted that the snow falls on Beit Sahour once every several years.
